Disik Ltd (referred as Disik) is not responsible for lost/ damaged packages. Disik does not accept order cancellations before or after the order has been shipped.
Everyone's order is packaged in the same order the orders were placed!
Disik does not accept order returns or exchanges after products were posted and dispatched.
If the shipment was already sent out and ended up lost, that is out of Disik control. As stated above, " Disik is not responsible for lost/ damaged packages."
Postage & Dispatch Time?
Disik will post your order within:
2 - 5 days on a normal postal delivery,
1 – 2 days on an express postal delivery &
1 – 2 days on a home delivery basis.
(This means we process your order within this time before posting them.)
On a Normal Postal Delivery, you might receive your order by maximum 2 weeks (due to overloaded packages at the post office at the moment).
On an Express Postal Delivery, you might receive your order by maximum 1 week.
On a Home Delivery Basis, you will receive your order within 48 hours at your doorstep.
-From the moment we post your order, we can no longer speed up the delivery process. The delivery will depend fully on the Post Office or on the Delivery company. It remains out of our control to specify when you will receive your parcel. Delays can happen.
Package Sent Back?
This happened due to an insufficient address, when filling out at check out you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc.
To have items resent to the buyer after it has been returned to the sender, there is an additional shipping fee.
Disik is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.
Disik has the right to refuse service and ban people from shopping with Disik.
If the Address Mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting Disik. The Consumer has 2 days to reach out, otherwise, there's no further action that can be done to resolve the issue.
Disik is not responsible for any allergies/injuries. Ingredients are listed within every product description!
All products are made in a sanitized, and clean area, and cleansed after production!
